This six-week workshop addresses the technical skills needed to accurately represent the portrait. Students will become familiar with techniques on how to accurately represent the features of the face, and also how to accurately lay out the proportions of the face when drawing from life. Students will learn how to draw each others' faces along with how to draw their own face by looking in a mirror. Chelsea is an extremely skilled and talented artist who teaches art at BGSU and Owens Community College. We are proud to finally offer this class for late teens and adults.  We are sure all students will come away with valuable knowledge and skills, and a greater passion for portrait drawing!
